IT STARTED WITH A SCOREBOARD

Two decades ago I walked into the world's largest pharmaceutical company and took the #1 spot. Not with charm. With a system, built call by call, door by door. That was the first lesson that never left: selling is not a personality. It is architecture.

THEN I HELPED BUILD $38M IN 18 MONTHS

Co-built a training company from zero to $38 million in a year and a half... ten thousand students across 101 countries. The engine behind it was mine: the offers, the sales floor, the closing system. That is when I learned speed is a design choice.

One hundred and one sales teams, built from scratch... real estate, SaaS, insurance, coaching, professional services. $500M+ in closed revenue. 250,000+ booked calls. Every industry taught me the same thing: the problems repeat. The patterns repeat. And after 101 builds, I see them on sight.

After two decades of hiring, firing, and tracking every outcome, the pattern was undeniable: personality profiles tell you how someone talks. They do not tell you whether that person picks up the phone when it gets hard, eats rejection, and closes. What predicts selling is competitive wiring, drive that does not shut off. I built my entire methodology on it. Then I built software on it.
